Clinical Supervision

I believe supervision should support both effective client work and the wellbeing of the practitioner. My supervision practice provides a reflective and supportive space to think about your work with clients and the impact this work can have on you.

Our sessions together explore therapeutic relationships, consider ethical questions and support your development and wellbeing as a practitioner or support professional to ensure that practice remains ethical and thoughtful.

I offer clinical supervision for counsellors, trainees, and professionals working in supportive or frontline roles, including charity support workers and victim-led services.

My approach to supervision is collaborative and intuitive. I aim to create a supportive environment where supervisees can reflect openly on their work, develop their own authentic practice, and maintain the boundaries necessary for safe and ethical client work.

I completed my OCN training in Counselling Supervision in 2021, meeting the training standards of the BACP and working in line with the BACP ethical framework for supervision. My supervision training is integrative but I also draw on psychosynthesis and transpersonal perspectives where helpful to support the work.

I have been working as a private practice Psychosynthesis counsellor since 2014.
